CalculiX Launcher v3 is the free collection of portable software for Linux and Windows. It is mostly oriented to work with Salome-Platform

There are four packages:
Launcher-03beta for Linux (Ubuntu tested) 64 bit
Launcher-03beta for Linux (Ubuntu tested) 32 bit 
Launcher-03beta for Windows 32 bit.
Launcher-03beta for Windows 64 bit.

There are packages without GMSH and only with UNV converter (for Salome-Platform), get it here (it is about 3 times lighter than full packages)

Windows packages are limited (wizard is not available). Read here how to get started in case, if you're windows user. Also you may install linux under virtalbox for windows.
